Family Photo Marble Magnets

I made these Family Photo Marble Magnets for most everyone this Christmas.
I thought the kids would enjoy seeing family member's faces each day.

Sorry, I couldn't be showing everyone's face now could I?!

These would be great with scrapbook paper, photos of special items, or anything that means something to you.  They make excellent gifts!  Think Valentines day?
Thrifty and easy and a great project to do in front of the TV.
Consider letting your older child do this for an inexpensive and homemade gift.

Materials:
Small marbles with one flat side (dollar store or a great deal at Michaels for under a dollar, there's probably around 75+ per bag)
Pictures or scrapbook paper (.9 cents and up/ sheet)
E-6000 glue (approx $2.50 at Wal-mart)
Magnetic buttons (approx $6 for 52count at Wal-mart)
Scissors

I was making over a hundred, so I photo shopped several head shots of family members onto a 4x6 rectangle so I could develop several sheets with a bunch of little faces (see photo above).  This helped in cost savings since I was able to get approximately 20 per sheet.

Cut each photo to fit the back of each marble.  You might have to do a little trial and error here before you can freehand what works each time.

Glue the photo photo side down on the flat side of each marble.  Press well.  Let sit for 24 hours.

Glue magnetic button to the back of each photo.  Press well.
Let sit for 24 hours minimum before use.
