Gift Ideas 2012

A little bonus for the next two weeks.  I'll be posting Mon-Thur!

C and I were busy with all sorts of fun projects this past week.  Time to get the house in order!

You can view my list of Gift Ideas- Things I Own and Gift Ideas- Things I Do Not Own from last year.
As always, click on the tags on the bottom of my posts to take you to any related posts.  If you're looking for more gifts, click on gifts, etc.

Here are some fun ideas for kids this year.  I must preface this with, I do not own any of these items, they just look cool!:

Q Ba Maze 2.0 ($25-50)
I've heard great things about these.  I think C might get this next year ($10 plus shipping).
Spot It- great game that's adaptable to a wide age range.  Plus it's small and super portable! I played this last New Years Eve with my nephew and we had a ton of fun ($12).
Let your child's imagination flow with these add-ons to a simple cardboard box ($13).
Cardboard playhouses/ castles/ rocket ships and more!  Color away ($35 plus).
Saw these even at Kohls & Walmart this year.
Geomag Kits & Panels- (starting at $10.99, most 25/50).
TeifocBrick Sets- these building sets have captured my eye for the older child (starts at $17).

Brick Stix- they're reusable clings for the lego builder ($5.99 plus shipping).

Personalized Writing Book Box ($25 plus shipping or create your own!)
Fingerprint Art Kit- My nephews were into this years ago and still are to some degree ($10.50)
($8)
The Grandparent Book- This is part of the Grandparent's gifts this year so I do have this one in hand.  They're a great way to get Grandparent's stories on paper.  Plus it's hardcover and spiral ($11.55).
