Christmas Felt Garland and Other Decor

 Did the mantle a little different this year.  I made the wreath using random picks from Michaels.

 Here's my Advent Calendar for this year.  

 I took the time to spruce it up a bit with some home made felt garland.

What you need:
Felt
Embroidery Floss or thread
Needle
Scissors

I randomly cut a bunch of circles from the scraps I had left from my Felt Letters & Numbers project.
Then using three strands of white floss, I starting stitching the circles together in my desired pattern.
I didn't have much of the dark green felt left, so what's shown is as far as I was able to get without buying a sheet.

Note: I purchased another sheet of dark green felt to lengthen the garland.  However, it's been so gloomy here I couldn't get a decent shot.
