Pinwheel Party Decor & Toppers

I recently made these pinwheel cupcake toppers and decorations for a girl's night to celebrate a couple birthdays.  They were a big hit and are quite easy. Read how to make them here.

This would be a great project for an older child on their own or with an adult.  This can be made more cost effective using any paper you may have on hand as well as sticks such as popsicle sticks.
