Thumbprint Christmas Lights

After making our Custom Wrapping Paper last week we proceeded to make thumbprint Christmas lights.

They're not too glamourous considering I only had blue and red ink pads, but I like the idea and we'll try it again next year.

Markers, ink, and paint can be used depending on what you have on hand.  I liked the look of the ink pads, but more colors would have been better.  I also would add some detail to show where the bulbs attach to the wire.  It may have helped C know exactly where to put his thumbprint.

C enjoyed it and added his own flair.

Following our Thumbprint Christmas Lights C wanted to paint his hand and make more Handprint Trees.  He really enjoyed making more and it allowed us to use up the rest of our paint.
